Developer Mentorship
We are committed to "reaching back" by empowering the next generation of BIPOC developers. We provide the critical shortcuts to success by sourcing lots, referring construction lenders, and guaranteeing loan completions for our mentees. Our goal is to dismantle the barriers of self-disqualification, helping new developers believe in their potential to transform underserved neighborhoods.
