Louis Rudolph Homes is named after two men who understood that housing is more than shelter—it is freedom, stability, and a path to wealth. They built and held property when every system worked against them, proving that real estate could be a foundation for generational change.

Today, we carry that legacy forward by developing high-quality middle housing across Tacoma and Pierce County. We develop and retain these communities as long-term rental housing, reinvesting in the neighborhoods we build.
