The 7th Stacked Duplex Project (V5) featuring 40 units. Louis Rudolph led the architectural design, pre-development, and entitlements, completing construction in 12 months.

The 4th Stacked Duplex Project (V1) offering 8 units. We handled the architectural design, managed all entitlements and pre-development, and completed construction within 7 months.

Louis Rudolph Homes is named after two men who understood that housing is more than shelter—it is freedom, stability, and a path to wealth. They built and held property when every system worked against them, proving that real estate could be a foundation for generational change.

Today, we carry that legacy forward by developing high-quality middle housing across Tacoma and Pierce County. We believe that housing is healing—and that providing stable, well-designed homes is the most effective way to strengthen our community.
